Quality Assurance Unit

Day-to-day responsibility for quality assurance in teaching and learning as assumed within E.P College of Education, Amedzofe is detailed below. These responsibilities, of course, represent only one aspect of work in the College, (Teaching). Actions by appropriate officers within the College may be taken under agreed conventions.

• Setting appropriate objectives in teaching and learning
• Providing the intellectual and material resources to support these objectives
• Monitoring annually and enhancing learning and teaching performance
• Evaluating the success in meeting learning and teaching objectives
• Revising modules/books and making minor revisions to course outlines
• Accounting for academic performance to College management
• Demonstrating high standards to external examiners and other external agencies
• Preparing, where appropriate, for professional accreditation
